L&S will collect personal information if the user agrees to the collection of personal information in
relation to using its membership service (downloading manuals, entering contests)
- Types of personal information collected by L&S
· In case of downloading manuals: user’s mobile phone number, email address, and name
·In case of entering contests: user’s mobile phone number, email address, name, and password
·Automatically generated and collected information: device information (Operating System, screen size, device ID or IMEI, type of mobile phone, model name of device), IP address, cookies, date of visit, improper usage record, and service usage record, which are all generated and collected during the use of PC web, mobile web/app
L&S collects the following personal information

L&S uses personal information to provide more correct service, uses it only for purposes specified in the Terms of Service, and refrains from providing it to third parties without asking for the user’s consent.
In any of the following cases, however, personal information will be exceptionally provided to third parties.
1) If requested by law enforcement agencies for investigation purposes in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations
2) If requested by procedure defined in the relevant laws and regulations when providing personal information to third parties, L&S shall notify users in advance of the information on the recipients and the purpose of and information on the provision via the Company’s website. L&S does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of users.
L&S uses personal information within the scope notified in the "purpose of collection and use of personal information" and neither uses it beyond the foregoing scope nor discloses personal information to the outside without the consent of users, in principle.
However, personal information will be carefully used and disclosed to the outside as follows.

- If payment for service provision is necessary
- If requested by law enforcement agencies for investigation purposes in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations

The user’s personal information is destroyed immediately once it fully serves its purpose.

- Record of consumers’ complaints or handling disputes (reason for preservation: consumer protection law in e-commerce; preservation period: 3 years
- Record of Identity verification (reason for preservation: Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and
Information Protection; preservation period: 6 months)
- Record of visits (preservation period: 3 months)
L&S works hard to protect and handle users' personal information as follows.
- Responses to hacking attempts
· L&S does its best to prevent users’ personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. It frequently backs up data to offset the risk of any damage to personal information, prevents leak or damage of users’ personal information or data, and transmits personal information safely through encrypted communication channels over a network. It also blocks unauthorized computers from accessing its network systems by using a secure firewall and makes every effort to apply all the technologies to its system to ensure systematic security.
- Minimum personnel and regular training
· L&S assigns only the necessary number of people to handle users’ personal information, updates passwords in systems regularly, and emphasizes compliance with the privacy policy through frequent training.
